My name is Joffroi Holcombe.  I just graduated from the Missouri Institution of Science and Technology (formally known as University of Missouri: Rolla) where I ran for 4 years. I know work full time in Kansas City where I continue to run.

In college I was a 5k/10ker and I hope to move up to the half marathon. Previously I have run a 1:10 on a flat course.  This blog is my training, where I hope to run a 1:08 half marathon by early summer of 2009.  Input, suggestions, and comment are more then welcome.
