Apparently I forgot how cold 58 degree rainy weather is. A cold front came through and its been drizzling all day. I didn't really think it was anything but nice weather. I wore my running hat, actually kept a shirt on, and took off for my run. About 3 miles into the running

Gustav is finally leaving the state I grew up in, but unfortunately it is coming up to where I live now. A cold front came in and so today the high is suppose to be 68 degrees. This morning it was a cloudy, cool, 61 degrees. I ran an easy 50 minutes on the paved trail and through a couple roads. T
