Steve Ovett on an assault course

So I was browsing youtube and stumbled upon one of the craziest movies of a world class athlete I've ever seen.  I watched Steve Ovett compete against cricketer Wasim Akram and jockey Bob Champion in an assault obstacle course. This was in 1989 when Ovett already had 6 different world records. This was for a British game show called The Krypton Factor. Enjoy the grueling two and a half minute race.

Alan Webb Cribs

You can take a look at Alan Webb's crib and basically what he seems to do in his free time. Classy.

Support running websites

Aside from racing, doing assault courses, and showing off there cribs, some athletes take time to help promote the sport on the internet.  He is a video I shot at the 2003 (I'm pretty sure that was the right year) USATF Cross Country Nationals in Houston, TX. They helped promote my old domain name of joffroirunning.com.
