About: I run for the University of Southern Indiana. Last year as a freshmen I ran solid, in high school I wasn't the greatest. I only ran 16:40 for the 5k but because of an amazing coach and a great team I improved to 15:08.

This is a typical week of training at the beginning of the outdoor season.

Monday
8 Miles
Tuesday Workout day, usually we will run a longer tempo or some type of hill session. During cross we will run longer intervals.
Wednesday
10 Miles
Thursday
Workout day, usually we will run shorter intervals or if during cross a strict tempo i.e  7 mile cut downs.
Friday 8 Miles
Saturday 8 Miles
Sunday 15 Miles
Favorite Workout 7x1 mile repeats
