Easy day following long run- 9-10 miles. |
| Tuesday | 9-11 miles harder of the 2 workout days. Longer faster reps or tempo. |
| Wednesday |
Medium long run- 11 miles. |
| Thursday |
10 miles fewer rep at tempo pace. |
| Friday | Easy 7-9 miles. |
| Saturday | Race 5k- 20 min warm up, 20 min cool down. 9-10 on day |
| Sunday | Long run around 13-15 miles. |
| Favorite Workout | Workout = 4x2k decreasing each rep. |
