This is a typical week of training during the outdoor season.

Monday
Easy day following long run- 9-10 miles.
Tuesday 9-11 miles harder of the 2 workout days.  Longer faster reps or tempo.
Wednesday
Medium long run- 11 miles.
Thursday
10 miles fewer rep at tempo pace.
Friday Easy 7-9 miles.
Saturday Race 5k- 20 min warm up, 20 min cool down.  9-10 on day
Sunday Long run around 13-15 miles.
Favorite Workout Workout = 4x2k decreasing each rep.
