This is a pretty remarkable race, actually the first one to have two runners go under the 4 minute mile barrier (Roger Bannister & John Landy). These two athletes pretty much are the highlights of the race and dropped everyone pretty quickly.....even the guy that started off in the sprinter position at the line.
